Thalys slows down with business travel

Thalys will be reducing its frequency this summer, to adapt to the drop in the number of business trips, and to carry out maintenance work.

Faced with the traditional summer slump, particularly among business customers, Thalys is reviewing its programme: the railway company will be reducing the number of daily return trips on the Paris-Brussels route from 25 to 22. The Walloon and Flemish backbones will also be cancelled, but passengers will be able to switch to the SNCB's domestic Belgian network with a Thalys ticket at the All Belgian Stations fare.
