Qatar Airways' Asian catalogue is becoming more consistent with business customers every month. This week, the airline launched a new flight between its Doha hub and Tokyo Haneda airport. The daily service is operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner configured in two classes. The aircraft has 22 seats in Business class and 232 in Economy class, equipped with individual 10.5-inch screens. With some 66 million passengers served in 2012 alone, Tokyo airport is a new highlight for Qatar Airways, which now operates 21 flights a week to Japan. French business travellers will also benefit from optimised connections via Doha airport. "Qatar Airways is delighted to extend its network to one of the world's most popular destinations," says Akbar Al Baker, CEO of Qatar Airways. "We are also delighted to introduce the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, one of the most innovative aircraft in our fleet, on this route. I have no doubt that our passengers will take full advantage of everything this aircraft has to offer in terms of a 5-Star travel experience". In addition to Tokyo-Haneda, two other business destinations will soon be added to the Qatar Airways catalogue: from 1er July, the airline will land at Dallas-Fort Worthebn pending the launch of Djibouti, scheduled for 27 July.
