New York courts the French market

New York is making a comeback in Europe, and particularly in France, Europe's second biggest market. More than half a million French visitors are expected this year. Business travellers will still be missing out, but New York is saying it loud and clear: "It's Time for New York City", the slogan of its new campaign...

New York is maintaining its appeal as a destination for the European public. And after two years of low profile in its European outbound markets, the American metropolis is back with a marketing and communications campaign. This comeback is all the more necessary as New York - like other destinations around the world - will have to make do without the Asian and now Russian markets.
