The Triangle Tower will not be completed until the end of 2026, but it is growing rapidly as each floor becomes smaller. Erected at the Porte de Versailles, in the heart of Paris Expo, for which it is to be the centrepiece, the Triangle Tower will be a major landmark. new lighthouseThis €700m project by developer Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has been given a very special shape by the renowned Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron.

Ground floor shops, a health centre and a cultural centre, over 80,000 m² of office space and, in keeping with the proximity of the Paris-Expo halls, a conference centre and a 128-room Radisson Blu hotel: the site will have a mixed use. With its 44 storeys and 180 metres, the Triangle tower will become the third tallest building in the capital after the Eiffel Tower (312 metres) and the Montparnasse Tower (210 metres). It will still be a long way from the 56-storey Montparnasse Tower and, above all, the American skyscrapers, which are well over a hundred storeys high. Nevertheless, its guests will discover a new and unique view of Paris and its suburbs.

An observatory inspired by One Vanderbilt in New York

To discover this panorama, an observatory will welcome visitors between the 35th and 38th floors. Its management has been entrusted to the American group Summit Entertainment Ventures, known for its "Air" experience at the top of the One Vanderbilt tower in New York. This immersive experience features floor-to-ceiling mirror installations, metal-coloured balloons and synchronised lighting. The Parisian observatory will be inspired by its American cousin, which is particularly Instagrammable and has been an undeniable success, with 7 million visitors in 4 years and peaks of up to 7,000 per day.

Designed for companies and exhibitors attending the trade shows held each week at Paris Expo, the observatory will also include a bar and reception areas that can be reserved for private use. However, its capacity is not yet known. A restaurant could also be added to this new Parisian tower.
