La RATP published its traffic forecasts for the day of 18 December. The day after the demonstration, public transport will remain affected by the strike, for this 14th day of mobilisation. On the metro Paris, lines 4, 7, 8 and 9 will run at peak times. Lines 11 and 3 will be operational for the morning and evening rush hours respectively. However, lines 1 and 14 and the Orlyval will operate normally. On the network RERAt peak times, we expect 1 in 2 trains on RER line A and 1 in 3 on line B. Half of the operations in busand 4 trams out of 5 are planned on average.
On the SNCFOn average, we expect 1 train in 3 on the TGV network - but only 1 in 5 for Ouigo -, 1 in 2 in the TGV network and 1 in 3 in the Ouigo network. Transilien out of 4, and 1 Intercités out of 6 on average on 18 December. Internationally, business travellers should have access to 3 out of 4 trains for Eurostar2 out of 3 trains for the Thalysand 1 in 3 trains for Lyria. ALLEO operations between France and Germany should be limited to 2 trains out of 5, compared with 1 train out of 4 for ELLIPSOS lines on the France-Spain route.
