French travellers who have completed their vaccination only have to present a negative PCR test to enter the UK. And undergo a second PCR test on the second day of their arrival. However, the measure only applies to England. Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales have different rules.
The UK considers travellers to be "fully vaccinated" two weeks after receiving two doses of an authorised Covid-19 vaccine.. The vaccines in this category are Pfizer/BioNTech, Moderna, Oxford/AstraZeneca and Janssen.
