After an abrupt transition to all-teleworking during the crisis, the back to the office Many managers are still trying to find the right balance between the office, the home office and third places. In this context - sometimes chaotic for HR management, but clearly promising for players such as worklib - New tools are emerging to help you manage the problem more effectively. The workspace reservation and management platform is today making official its Hybrid Indexpresented as "an HR compass for businesses".
Gauging "hybrid maturity
This Hybrid Index is based on a preliminary questionnaire from 40 questionsThese may involve HR teams, property managers, department heads or even senior management. Objective: to gauge the "hybrid maturity of the company by assigning it a score, tackling the three key themes ofworking environment, l'work organisation and social interactions. Based on these figures, worklib then organises a workshop with the company to make the most of the data and identify areas for improvement.
This provides the company with an exhaustive and objective assessment of its hybrid maturity. A 360-degree view, which can be updated regularly to monitor developments. And which can also be measured against other worklib customers, with other organisational models, for a better understanding of their business. benchmark always relevant.
" A majority of companies have stopped in midstream when it comes to hybrid working"says Nathanaël Mathieu. The Director of Research and Culture at worklib continues: "By simply juxtaposing teleworking and office life, dysfunctions emerge that have a major impact on collective performance and the vitality of the organisation. With the Hybrid Index, our aim is to help companies pinpoint shortcomings or inconsistencies, whether in the working environment, management or collective performance; and then to help them put in place the actions and energy needed to transform their work culture in depth and measure the impact over time.".
New performance indicators in the pipeline
The new CEO of worklib recently told Voyages d'Affaires of his ambition to go even further in the area of business consultancy. "From our point of view, it's encouraging to see that companies don't really know what they want to do, and that we can help them. In addition to the technological solution that is our core business, we are also thinking about taking this support a step further."warned Charles Vestur. Less than three years after its creation, worklib is clearly aiming to achieve its ambitious goal - the global leadership - by broadening its scope to make itself indispensable in the eyes of the company. Worklib is currently working on "new performance indicators, particularly in relation to the optimisation of workspaces. A new tool should see the light of day in 2024", says the start-up's management.
