New York's LaGuardia airport is set to become Delta Air Lines' new hub for its domestic network, as demonstrated by the ambitious plans unveiled by the airline at the end of 2011. In all, the American carrier will invest $100 million (€77.3 million) in the New York airport, which will benefit terminals C and D. The latter, linked by a flyover, will then constitute the airport's main terminal. Alongside these works, the airline's programme will also take on a new dimension from summer 2012. The agreement signed with US Airways will enable Delta Air Lines to connect LaGuardia to 29 new destinations, via around a hundred new flights.
