Designed by Keeze co-founder Emilie Roblot, the Villa des Champs aims to be both eco-responsible and versatile, with yoga classes organised under the glass roof of L'Annexe, for example, and this 'dark kitchen' entrusted to chef Jennifer Hart Smith.
