International Workplace Group (IWG) is officially opening two new sites in Paris this 7 September. The group, owner of the brands Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature, thus strengthens its network in the Île-de-France region, where demand for flexible workspaces continues to grow.

These openings come after a record first half of the year for IWG : The group signed up 728 new sites worldwide between January and June, bringing its network to over 6,000 sites across more than 120 countries. By 2025, IWG had already secured 1,132 new sites, 99 of which were % sites secured through management partnership agreements.

Two locations with distinct profiles

HQ Paris Les Lilas occupies 1,117 m² at 19-31 rue Paul Meurice, in the 20th arrondissement. Served by metro line 11, it features 37 private offices, three meeting rooms, a coworking space and 169 workstations. IWG presents it as its first site in this arrondissement, and as the least expensive in Paris.

The Regus Porte d'Italie, at 7-15 rue Gerda Taro in the 13th arrondissement, spans 1,102 m² with 28 private offices, four coworking desks and three meeting rooms. The site benefits from direct access to the ring road and the A6 motorway, as well as the T3b tramway and metro line 14; Orly airport is 15 minutes away.

A model driven by property owners

These two sites are the result of a management partnership with the building owners, who are funding the fit-out of the spaces under the IWG brand in order to improve the profitability of their assets. This model, which requires little capital investment from IWG, accounts for 95 % of the group’s new openings. Tenant companies will be able to personalise their space through the «Design Your Own Office» service. « Regus Porte d’Italie and HQ Paris Les Lilas fit perfectly with the continuation of our development in Paris and strengthen our presence in an already well-established market », highlights Jean-Christophe Bugeon, Country Manager of IWG France.

These two Parisian openings continue a momentum already underway in the Île-de-France region: in September 2025, IWG had inaugurated the Regus Green Walk in Suresnes, in western Paris. The group had already inaugurated 14 new sites in France in 2024 alone, a pace confirmed by this new wave of openings.
