W, the boutique brand of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, has commissioned the Parisian architecture firm Juin Manku to design its suite of the future: the W Extreme Waou suite. To design this new-generation presidential suite, Patrick Juin and his partner Sanjit Manju explored the way in which travel culture will evolve and the expectations it will generate among guests over the next decade.
True to the spirit of W, they promise an "ultimate sensory experience", playing on the personalisation of the premises. "The hotel room of tomorrow will incorporate quality of service and customer pleasure, key elements of a perfect hotel experience. New technologies can, for example, offer the opportunity to personalise the room and integrate a culture in an innovative and exploratory way. This new interpretation allows W hotels to combine fashion, design and entertainment in a unique and attractive way," says Patrick Juin. Design will of course be at the forefront, with a play of colours, lights and textures. If you can't sleep in this suite, you can still admire it until 27 September in São Paulo as part of the "Le Paris de Juin" exhibition. The exhibition will then tour a number of international destinations, including Europe and Asia.
