Châteauform' opens a new Campus near Barcelona

Châteauform' is strengthening its presence in Spain with a fifth establishment, the Campus Belloch, near Barcelona. A venue dedicated to training and major seminars, nestling in a 200-hectare park.

A new place to bring together great teams. That's what Châteauform' is offering near Barcelona with the Belloch Campus, some thirty kilometres north of the Catalan metropolis. Located in La Roca del Vallès, the site offers a wide choice of facilities for companies. for major training courses and events with its 28 rooms, most of which are modular, including two auditoriums, seven rooms for more informal meetings and an events area. In terms of accommodation, the Campus also has 180 rooms.

But the appeal of the Belloch Campus lies not only in its capacity to accommodate students, but also in its natural setting, set in 200 hectares of parkland. Sustainable in spirit, this "beautiful place "etymologically - bell llocBelloch - has been dedicated to sharing knowledge for several decades. Built by architect and town planner Manuel Baldrich in the 1960s, Parc Belloch was originally home to a residential school for 1,200 studentsIt was closed some thirty years later. In the early 2000s, the Intramundana group brought it out of dereliction to establish the headquarters of its Urbidermis, Belloch Forestal and Santa & Cole companies, before Telefonica set up its corporate university there.

Renovated and enlarged in 2008 by architects Enric Batlle and Joan Roig, the Belloch Campus is now part of the Châteauform' offering and has just strengthen its presence in Spain. Already present in this market since 2004, Europe's leading seminar and corporate event provider now offers three residential seminar centres: two near Madrid - Châteauform' La Arena and La Finca El Bosque - and another near Girona, between Barcelona and Perpignan, Châteauform' Le Mas San Juan.

Since 2017, Châteauform' has also had another venue dedicated to large team meetings with La Mola Campus. The result of the takeover of a former MICE hotel, this vast complex has 185 rooms and 22 meeting rooms, as well as an events area housed in a traditional 17th-century farmhouse.e century and can accommodate up to 700 people.
