
The Jo&Joe brand is formalising practices that have become commonplace in its establishments, namely the use of their spaces for team meetings, mobile working and even team building breaks. Reinventing the youth hostel of yesteryear as a lifestyle destination, the brand created by Accor more than five years ago a su attracting corporate customers as it developed, first in Hossegor, then in the Paris region, in the Place de la Nation district and in Gentilly. Its low-cost accommodation, a mix of dormitories and single rooms, has proved popular with visiting professionals, while company employees have taken up residence here for after-work sessions, before coming back during the day for business meetings. Increasing use which prompted the brand to set up a fully-fledged MICE offering. " New standards of nomadic and hybrid working are redefining our MICE needssaid François Leclerc. We get together less, but we get together better. We like to spend a few hours in a friendly workspace that provides everything we could possibly need, and we enjoy getting together as a team to experience new things, as long as it's outside the office."
A B2B offering for all formats
At each of its three sites in France, its target market and tailored offers. From 85m2This meeting room can be divided into two and can accommodate a total of up to 85 people in a theatre or for cocktails. Study day, room hire, afterwork dance format, private use of the venue for up to 2 hours: the establishment, located just one RER station from Paris, offers a range of seminar packages to welcome companies to its industrial-inspired setting.

However, Jo&Joe Hossegor also offers full-board packages - up to and including privatisation of the venue - with catering based on local produce, including BBQ menus.
