IWG: a Spaces centre in Montpellier

The IWG Group is continuing to expand in the French regions with the opening of a Spaces coworking centre in Montpellier.

The Spaces coworking brand, part of the IWG group, has just opened a new centre in Montpellier, marking the first foray into the Occitanie region for this network of flexible workspaces, which has 600 locations worldwide in some sixty countries. Located opposite Place Pablo Picasso, this coworking centre is part of the growth of the new République eco-neighbourhoodThe project is a mix of housing, green spaces and commercial buildings.

The Spaces centre, comprising 97 available individual offices and 29 meeting rooms bookable by the hour or dayis part of this environment, taking its place in the PRISM building, recognised as one of the world's leading research centres. Bâtiment Durable Occitanie bronze level thanks to its low-carbon concrete construction. For mobile professionals and business travellers, the new Spaces,
at the southern entrance to the town, is easily accessible, a ten-minute drive from both the airport and stationThe T3 tramway stops at the foot of the building.
