Berlin
Radisson Collection Berlin (first quarter 2025)

Two years after the walls of the gigantic aquarium suddenly burst, spilling a million litres of water into a devastated lobby, the Radisson Collection Berlin will finally be able to reopen its doors soon. Conrad, Hilton's luxury brand, will be taking up residence in August in the Levantehaus, a historic building on Hamburg's main shopping street, Mönckebergstraße. Dating back to the beginning of the 20the century, the site was initially one of the most modern office buildings in Germany before becoming a shopping mall in the late 1990s, with a luxury hotel as part of the transformation under the Park Hyatt brand. Modernised to join the Conrad brand, the hotel will reopen with 238 rooms, including 25 suites, a gourmet restaurant and a lounge bar, as well as nine meeting rooms. For its part, the Hyatt group is not disappearing from the city, present in Hamburg thanks to its strategic partnership with Lindner Hotels, but also with a Hyatt Centric in the pipeline... on Mönckebergstraße.
Novotel and ibis Styles Hamburg HafenCity (first quarter 2025)

Mandarin Oriental Vienna (summer 2025)

The Austrian capital will soon be home to the first of its design hotelsopened in 1995. The Hotel Das Triest is set to become part of the Radisson Blu brand, after its 120 rooms have been renovated and brought up to date. However, the spirit of the establishment will be preserved, with the original design elements retained and the presence of its signature Silver Bar in the lobby, enhanced by a catering concept extending to the inner courtyard. Miiro Palais (autumn)
Launched last year by the Indian conglomerate InterGlobe, parent company of the airline IndiGo, the Miiro brand, which runs the Grand Hôtel Cayré in Paris, is expanding its network in Vienna with a top-of-the-range boutique hotel with 62 rooms - including 2 suites with private balconies - and a restaurant and bar with outdoor terrace. All this on a quiet square in the old town, just a stone's throw from historic landmarks and luxury boutiques.
BELGIUM
The Standard Bruxelles (second quarter)

The lifestyle brand The Standard, which recently became part of the Hyatt group, is expanding its footprint around the world. After Singapore at the end of last year, the brand made famous by its New York hotel in the Meatpacking District will be opening in Brussels in May. The Chancery Rosewood (during 2025)

As in Amsterdam, with the city's courthouse, the Rosewood group has found a prime location to add a new hotel in London. Already established in Covent Garden, the luxury group is now moving into the chic district of Mayfair, on Grosvenor Square, to take up residence within the walls of the the former US embassy. Gone are the partitioned offices and the security perimeter surrounding this vast modernist building designed by Eero Saarinen in the early 60s: architect Sir David Chipperfield has been given the task of rethinking this listed building in the company of some of the biggest names in design, Yabu Pushelberg for the wellness area and Frenchmen Joseph Dirand for the 139 rooms and suites and Tristan Auer for the dozen or so bars and restaurants. As well as luxury boutiques, The Chancery Rosewood will also offer a number of event spaces, including a large ballroom.
Six Senses London (first half of 2025)

Another major conversion in London is that of the Whiteleys department stores', which dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
