AMIENS
YOU Urban Home (2025)
The lifestyle brand You Urban Home will be continuing to expand with a fourth store in a new district near Amiens station. Refurbishing a former industrial wasteland SNCF, the Les 3 Mondes project, led by Vinci Immobilier, includes new housing and a senior residence, as well as a new hotel with 94 rooms and suites tailored to the needs of business travellers, with a coworking space and a seminar room in addition to a bar-restaurant and a private cinema.

MGallery Biarritz (first half-year)
Owned by the Annie Famose group and Extendam in 2023, the former Radisson Blu in Biarritz will be rebranded after a gradual renovation phase to become part of the Accor group's top-of-the-range MGallery brand. Acquired in 2023, the La Malmaison hotel will reopen in March under the name Soleia. Revamped by interior designer Oscar Lucien Ono, this boutique hotel near Vieux Nice and the Promenade des Anglais will offer around forty rooms.

Le Grand Hôtel Dieu (second quarter)
