Located at the entrance to the Esses de la Forêt area, it will feature a panoramic restaurant and a vast terrace with privileged view on the racing cars just ahead. The project is being led by a group of mainly local private investors, under the umbrella of Virage 5, who are committed to " to build an establishment that reflects the excellence of Le Mans and its circuit, combining top-of-the-range comfort with environmental responsibility" says Jean-Charles Florac, Chairman of Virage 5.

Expected to open in spring 2027, this hotel, designed by the architectural firm AW2 and developed by ADIM Ouest, a VINCI Construction subsidiary, will add its 104 rooms and suites accommodation close to the circuit. Responding to the need to offer quality infrastructures to spectators and competitors alike at the many races organised, " This hotel will enable us to take part in events other than our own.to expand our range of seminarsa popular choice for professional customers" explained Pierre Fillon, President of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, when the project was unveiled earlier this year.
With its 8,000 m² of rooms and lounges, including 9 plenary sessions and 25 modular meeting rooms, as well as its two panoramic restaurants, the Le Mans circuit welcomes over 400 events a year. These events can be punctuated by team-building activities linked to the site, including visits to the museum and behind-the-scenes tours of the circuit, go-karting and track days, walking rallies and escape games.
More broadly, the addition of this hotel is part of the dynamic economy and tourism the southern hub of the city, alongside the Antarès Zenith, which is located along the famous Hunaudières straight and also offers a large capacity for trade fairs, conferences and seminars, as well as the Exhibition Centre, the European Equestrian Centre and the 24 Hours golf course.
