The cat fromAmex GBT is honing its conversational skills. TMC announced on Wednesday that its virtual agent, which will be launched in 2020, is gaining in strength thanks to theartificial intelligence. More specifically, it involves the use of a large-scale language model ("Large Language Model", or LLM), which should make exchanges more fluid, more natural and more intuitive.

At the same time, American Express GBT now includes a natural language query in its Egencia Analytics Studio data and reporting tool.
