CWT is the latest player to present a new tool. Called TIMfor Trends, Insights and MetricsThis will enhance the Analytics reporting tool.
CWT had already invested in this approach by joining forces with ThoughtSpot's artificial intelligence at the end of last year. An enhancement which, according to CWT, "has made it considerably easier and faster for users to access and analyse data using simple, natural language queries. With TIM, CWT is now taking this functionality a step further, moving from single-question interactions to dynamic, dialogue-based analysis that reflects a real conversation".
This time, the aim is to facilitate interaction between travel managers and the reporting tool, and to make the most of the data. In concrete terms, via TIM, users can now initiate conversational queries to explore trends and anomalies, and interrogate the tool to refine information or change perspective.
TIM, the new AI tool integrated by CWT
" With TIM, we're not just improving the way users access and understand their data, we transform the whole experience "promises Erica Antony, CWT Product Manager. " This AI-based conversational analyst makes it easier for users to explore complex information in a more fluid and intuitive way, helping them to discover the 'why' behind the numbers and, ultimately, to better understand the return on investment of their travel expenditure. The aim is to equip organisations with smarter, faster decision-making tools, without requiring specialist analytical expertise or a mastery of business travel terminology. "adds Erica Antony.
