The Accor group is unifying its subscription offering around a new global platform called ALL Accor+. Bringing together all formulas, in particular those linked to the Asian and South American markets, this overhaul is based on four new options for frequent travellersparticularly business travellers. Key subscribers for these cards ensure discounts and other benefits at the group's hotels around the world.
" By grouping our subscription offers under a single global brand, we are creating a more attractive productwhich will be gradually rolled out in several regions and will strengthen the ALL Accor ecosystem as a whole. "said Mehdi HemiciChief Loyalty & E-Commerce Officer of the French group. Prior to this development, Accor had already reviewed its subscription policy in 2023 to link it more closely to the ALL loyalty programme and its reservations and rewards ecosystem.
At that time, the Business Plus and ibis Business offers disappeared to make way for the ALL PLUS Voyageur and ALL PLUS ibis cards, which more clearly emphasised the identity of the loyalty programme while raising the level of discounts offered. Formulas that have now been renamed ALL Accor+ Voyager and ALL Accor+ ibis as part of a programme presented as clearer and simpler. " The launch of ALL Accor+ will be a strategic step forward in the way we deliver value to our customers and hotel owners.commented Mehdi Hemici. With four separate season tickets to suit different traveller profiles, members can easily choose the benefits that best suit them. "

For business travellers who are concerned about their budget and that of their company, the ALL Accor+ ibis offers much the same benefits as before - and still at the same price of €99/year.
