The future four-star Rydges hotel will offer 317 rooms, close to Sydney Airport's international terminal. Work is due to start shortly, for completion by the end of 2012. The new hotel, which will appeal to both business and leisure travellers, will also include a bar and restaurant, in a project estimated to cost around €50 million (A$68 million).
