Radisson Hotel Group has announced the launch of Long Stays by Radisson Hotels, a new global proposition designed to capture the growing demand for long-term stays of 14 days or more. While the group does not have dedicated 'extended stay' brands such as Marriott’s Residence Inn, Accor’s Adagio or IHG’s Staybridge Suites, some of its hotels do offer a long-stay component, featuring apartment units in key markets such as Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam.
This offer will be highlighted more effectively to corporate clients, while also being made more easily accessible, through a unified offer integrated into existing distribution channels, including GDSs and corporate agreements. Through Long Stays by Radisson Hotels, companies and their travel agents will have access to dedicated rates for long stays, with standardised booking terms. Furthermore, commission structures are harmonised across participating hotels, thereby avoiding the need to negotiate individual agreements on a case-by-case basis. The programme is based on a tiered pricing structure depending on the length of stay, whilst a bonus of 20 % Radisson Rewards points is also available for long-term bookings.
On the client side, the offering includes a dedicated point of contact, personalised planning prior to arrival, and services designed for extended stays with flexible housekeeping and suitable amenities, including a laundry room. This is enough to meet the expectations of professionals on extended assignments.
