The "easy Check-In/Out" option, made official on 15 June by Louvre Hotels, is available to direct customers of its Première Classe and Campanile brands, having booked individually via the campanile.com / premiere-classe.com website or by telephone. Travellers can check in using a dedicated application. A code then allows them to collect their key without waiting, via preferential access at the desk or via a kiosk, and to go directly to their room. At the end of their stay, more precisely the day before their departure, they can complete the check-out procedure online from their mobile device, and can then leave their room without going to reception. "This new service (...) is in line with the Group's desire to challenge the hotel market by offering increasingly innovative services for its customers, in line with the positioning of its brands," sums up Louvre Hotels. The 'easy Check-In/Out' option is already available in 23 establishments in France, and should rapidly be extended throughout the network, according to the hotel group.
