In concrete terms, business travellers can now take advantage of a wide range of practical services to assist them with their connections, help them with their baggage, and above all take advantage of a dedicated queue to speed up procedures within the airport. To take advantage of this VIP check-in, travellers must be members of the ConciergeKey programme, of the American Airlines "Five Star" service, or be travelling in First Class on certain flights, listed on the dedicated website.
