
On 27 November, Marseille will become the 16th largest city in France.th French destination served by Volotea. The young Spanish airline will operate four flights a week between Marseille and Strasbourg, on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. "Volotea is delighted to announce its forthcoming arrival in Provence and to add the city to its list of French destinations," says Edo Friart, the airline's Head of International Development. "Marseille is an essential city for Volotea's development and there is no doubt that the link between these two regional capitals, which we intend to strengthen with these 4 direct flights a week, will appeal to customers looking for a practical and very accessible service". Founded in 2011, the low-cost airline is already present in 16 French airports and serves a network of over 50 destinations in Europe.
