Five years after launching a free, unlimited WiFi connection - a first for a French airport at the time - Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is continuing its efforts to establish itself as a pioneer in aviation connectivity. Since 13 March, business travellers have been able to take advantage of a high-speed WiFi network (100 megabytes), which will eventually be rolled out to almost the entire airport, including runways and car parks. Nice airport is doubling the number of connected terminals, from 180 to 400, while simplifying its WiFi access portal to improve visibility.

"The aim is to offer all our passengers and crews, both commercial and business, as well as our staff, the optimum service to meet their expectations," explains Dominique Thillaud, Airport Director. "Staying connected thanks to a free and unlimited connection and benefiting from wide broadband network coverage is what the majority of visitors to an airport environment expect today. We're doing everything we can to offer a quality Wi-Fi Internet connection that meets the highest global standards by providing an innovative Wi-Fi infrastructure.
