Study: business travel more stressful than work

Ford has published a European study showing that professionals are more stressed by the journey to and from work than by the work itself.

The study published by Ford surveyed some 5,500 commuters in six major European cities. A third of those surveyed found the commute to work increasingly stressful, and more than one in four found it increasingly unpredictable. What's more, according to the same study, 63% of commuters arrive late for work at least once a month because of a mishap during their journey. This trend is particularly noticeable among professionals working in London (80%) and Rome (77%), with Paris in third place (67%).
