
With its 206 independent city-centre hotels and its 13 contemporary Urban Style hotelsCitotel has what it takes to attract business travellers looking for good-value establishments. With this in mind, the voluntary chain has recently joined the reservation centres of Infinite Hotels and iAlbatros. "As our network is already present on the HRS, Hcorpo and CDS platforms, this gives our establishments even greater visibility on the corporate side," explains Pascal Macé, CEO of Citotel.
The hotel chain is also offering a new booking applicationavailable on the App Store, after having been available on Android. This launch comes shortly after the appearance of a new loyalty card. Free of charge, it offers several choices in terms of rewards. After twelve nights, customers can choose between a free night with breakfast included, a magnum of champagne from Duval-Leroy, two Cadhoc vouchers worth €40 or a beauty box.
Development, Citotel recently added the 55 Chateaux Demeures Hotels & Grandes étapes des vignobles establishments to its network.. "This enables us to meet demand from seminars, while at the same time enhancing our loyalty programme", stresses Pascal Macé. But while the chain's network is already well established in France, Citotel is turning to neighbouring countries to pursue its growth. The chain has signed a commercial agreement with the Tip Top chainwith 19 hotels in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
