
In a few days' time, on 15 March to be exact, business travellers in Normandy will be able to take advantage of a new direct scheduled service between Caen-Carpiquet and Bordeaux, via a new Chalair flight lasting less than 1 hour 20 minutes. Two weeks later, Antwerp will join the list of business destinations linked by the airline to Normandy airport. This new flight (1h15) will make its debut on 4 April, using a 19-seat Beechcraft 1900.

"Caen-Carpiquet Airport is thus consolidating its position as one of the leading airports in Normandy and a driving force in the region's economic development." .
Caen-Carpiquet airport, which came 41st in the 2015 rankings recently published by the Union of French Airports, posted a growth rate of 12.2% in passenger traffic (129,096).
