Known for its "seminar houses" - some fifty beautiful residences in France and Europe where companies have become accustomed to meeting in the great outdoors - Chateauform' has significantly increased its size with the acquisition of Eurosites. This other specialist in business meetings has around fifty sites in France, with more than 500 rooms and auditoriums in 37 towns and cities.

This acquisition will enable Chateauform' to continue to diversify its offering, providing companies with new meeting and training facilities as close as possible to their head offices. For several years now, Chateauform' has been expanding into the heart of cities through its City brand, which now has five establishments in Paris and one in Beijing.

Recently, Chateauform' also created a new brand, College, with locations offering study days on the outskirts of major cities. The group will now be able to strengthen these activities, as Eurosites has a number of locations both in Paris and in the inner suburbs, including Porte de la Chapelle, La Défense and St Ouen.

With this acquisition, Chateauform will also be opening up to the events business, as Eurosites has a number of fine venues to its name, including the Salle Wagram, the George V Centre and the Docks de Paris. Three new brands will expand the Chateauform' range: Event, Congrès and the Nomad catering business, the latter representing a new sector for the group founded in 1996 by Jacques Horovitz.
