Radisson is opening a third establishment in Paris. How will you position it?
Romain Avril - It will be a four-star boutique hotel, with a ratio of 20 % suites, the majority offering a view of the Eiffel Tower. As in all our establishments, we'll be offering free Wi-Fi. And we'll be the only boutique hotel with a swimming pool.
Will you also be offering a restaurant?
R. A. - Restaurants are part of the Radisson brand. We can't afford to do without it. On the other hand, we are thinking about a concept likely to attract an outside clientele, even if Parisians are not in the habit of going out to dine in a hotel. At lunchtime, we're counting on local professionals. In the evening, a residential clientele.
