Since the beginning of February, business travellers visiting the La Défense business district for a few days or weeks have had a new apartment hotel at their disposal, the Adagio Access Nanterre. This opening had been in the pipeline since the announcement of the partnership between the long-stay subsidiary of Accor and Pierre & Vacances and the Sergic property group.
The agreement covers nine establishments to strengthen Adagio's offering in France, and enables Adagio to add a new address to its Access budget chain in the Paris region, which now has 21 establishments in the Ile-de-France region, compared with 20 Adagio Original establishments. Three further openings are planned for the region in 2026.
Located close to the Paris la Défense Arena and Paris University, within the new mixed-use development "La Place des générations", the Adagio Access Nanterre offers 132 flats for visiting professionals, including four accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as a bar, launderette and gym.

Easily accessible via the RER A and Nanterre-Préfecture or Nanterre-Université stations, with the T2 tramway nearby and the A86 motorway - the establishment has a car park -, the location of the apartment hotel makes it a practical address for business meetings, trade fairs at CNIT Forest and long-term assignments, as well as for university stays.
With this opening, Adagio has further strengthened its presence near Paris' major business district, already boasting three Adagio properties in the heart of La Défense and in Suresnes. As for Adagio Access, it was already present with one establishment in the business district and others nearby in Asnières, Colombes and Clichy. Nanterre has now been added to the list.
