As the pandemic epidemic continues to have its ups and downs, there is still total uncertainty about the conditions for entry into all countries. Hence Air France's decision to extend its flexible ticketing conditions.
As part of its Air France Protect, the airline allows passengers to change their booking or obtain a refund free of charge and with no need to provide proof until the day of departure. The measure was previously valid until 31 December 2021.
As a result, all Air France tickets for travel up to 31 March 2022 will be subject to one of the following options:
- A modification free of charge. It includes the possibility of changing the date and/or destination of the ticket. Regardless of the fare conditions of the ticket.
- A full refund. If the ticket price conditions do not allow a refund, a credit note valid for one year will be issued. The customer may request a refund of this credit note at any time.
These operations can be carried out up to the day of departure of the first flight. Our customers booked directly with Air France can carry out these operations directly online. They can also contact customer relations centres.
Customers who have booked via a travel agency are invited to contact their point of sale.
Details of the commercial measures are available at all Air France sales outlets and can be consulted on the airline's website.
If the price of the new ticket is higher, the difference will be charged to the customer.
