Air France-KLM and IndiGo have confirmed that they have finally obtained the necessary regulatory approvals for their new code-sharing relationship announced in December 2021. Air France-KLM had already been looking for a partner in India for several years after the bankruptcy of Jet Airways.
The agreement will result in the introduction of code-sharing that will enable Air France-KLM passengers to 30 destinations in India.
The airlines have stated that the agreement opens up a " a number of round-trip combinations for business and leisure purposes. Passengers can fly to the destination of their choice with a single booking." .
Four Indian destinations on non-stop flights and 26 others on connecting flights

The Air France-KLM group serves four cities in India. From Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Amsterdam, these destinations are Bangalore (Bengaluru), Chennai (Madras), Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (Bombay).
