American Express Business Travel turns the page on Petrucelli

2012 will mark a major milestone for American Express Business Travel, which will see its World President step down after 10 years in office. Charles Petruccelli will be replaced on 2 January by Kim Goodman.

A major figure in American Express is preparing to leave the group: on 31 December 2011, Charles Petruccelli will step down as Global President of American Express Business Travel. He joined the group in 1976, holding various positions of responsibility within the international management, until his appointment in 2001 as President of the Business Travel and Foreign Exchange division worldwide. Charles Petruccelli was also Chairman of American Express Carte France and American Express Voyages d'Affaires-France. Kim Goodman, currently President of the Merchant Services division for the US market, has been appointed to succeed him with effect from 2 January 2012.
