This new online tool, which is free and accessible 24 hours a day, is offered via the American Express@Work internet services platform. The major advantage of BTAConnect is that it enables employees to manage their account more easily - whether from their computer or smartphone - by consolidating all purchases made from the company's travel agency. Each month, the company also receives a detailed statement of the purchases made during the period: train or plane tickets, hotel rooms, car hire, transfers, etc. For better control of its travel policy, the company also has access to each invoice linked to the transactions shown on the statement, as well as a history of the expenditure made over the last 13 months. In the event of a query about an invoice, the platform enables private and secure exchanges with the Amex agency and customer service.
