The B&B Hotels group is continuing its expansion into long-stay accommodation. Launched in the summer of 2024 in Saint-Ouen, its B&B Home brand has since set up in the mountains, in Brides-les-Bains, as well as near Caen station, while taking a diversion to the West Indies with an establishment in Fort-de-France. At the end of the year, the brand strengthened its presence in Ile-de-France with three new establishments in Rueil-Malmaison and Vélizy, as well as in Paris, next to the ring road and on the edge of Saint-Denis, with the B&B HOME Paris Nord 18e.

Situated close to the Stade de France and the Adidas Arena, the establishment plays on this proximity through its décor, with sports posters and photos, as well as the recycling of benches transformed into espaliers, and balls, rackets and fencing masks scattered throughout the communal areas. Shared kitchen and laundry facilities, fitness room, bar: a cross between a hotel and a residence, this new establishment offers everything you need for extended stays "just like home", in addition to 187 rooms for 1 to 4 people and 30 m² suites.
With its 125 rooms, the B&B HOME Vélizy Est is mainly aimed at business travellers, being located in the heart of Vélizy-Villacoublay's main business district. The No Name agency has redesigned the setting to offer business travellers a place that fits in with their daily lives. This is achieved through the use of colour and the impact it can have on mood and behaviour, with a soothing green for relaxation in the communal areas, a cheerful, energising yellow in the circulation areas to get the day off to a good start, and a serene blue in the bedrooms, for an aspiration to rest and escape.
As for the B&B HOME Rueil-Malmaison, located 500 m from public transport serving La Défense in 20 minutes, this 101-room hotel has been renovated under the guidance of the architectural firm Arte Charpentier, inspired by the Impressionist movement to emphasise, here too, a palette of soft, warm colours. This is a hotel that embodies the brand's fundamentals, with a local and sustainable approach, featuring paintings sourced from Emmaüs, second-hand furniture and a fresco created by local artists in the lobby, as well as a cosy, friendly atmosphere.
