BCD Travel is stepping up its partnerships in the field ofartificial intelligence. At the beginning of the summer, after detailing its agreement with SkyLinkNow it's Oversee's turn to be the subject of a TMC announcement. The business travel agency intends to move towards automation, to optimise the work of its agents by relieving them of unnecessarily time-consuming tasks. These include booking requests, exchanges and the creation of PNRs.
Oversee can already draw on ten years' experience in the field of artificial intelligence, and handles more than ten billion travel expenses a year through its agreements with various agencies. The start-up also claims to have designed its product specifically for TMCs, as Aviel Siman-Tov, CEO and co-founder of Oversee, explains: " We're proud to be working with BCD to make autonomous AI a practical part of day-to-day operations.
