British Airways is preparing to take the three-times-daily service between London and Moscow to a new level. The British airline has announced that a long-haul configuration will be adopted from April 2012 between the two capitals. Farewell, then, to the traditional short-haul aircraft and its two cabins. Boeing aircraft will now have up to four different classes. The result: greater comfort for business travellers, who will benefit in particular from flat beds in First class, and improved in-flight service quality. The attractiveness of the Russian market will also prompt British Airways to increase its capacity on this same London-Moscow route, as announced by the members of the British delegation on an official visit to Moscow behind Prime Minister David Cameron.
