Châteauform' is expanding its urban offering with a new site dedicated to learning and training, the Châteauform' Learning Lab. Located at the foot of La Défense's Grande Arche, this facility covers six floors and 3,200 m2, and offers 37 modular meeting rooms in daylight. These include a room that can accommodate up to 80 participants in plenary sessions, as well as three themed areas where you can enjoy an inspiring learning experience in response to new trends in training and meeting facilitation.
To make room for discussion, the layout of these three rooms - one on the theme of Howard Gardner's eight forms of intelligence, another on laughter for a quirky atmosphere, and yet another designed to stimulate and break the ice between participants - has been redesigned. in a less compartmentalised and more creative way. Course leaders are not forgotten either, with two peaceful locations where you can relax and work in total serenity: an informal room on the theme of "The little nobility of intelligence" and another designed as a CDI (Documentation and Information Centre) with books on training, coaching, personal development and management available for consultation.
" Targeting B2B and vocational training, the Learning Lab complements our city-based offering without being positioned in the same way as our City establishments, where we host many management training coursesexplains Marie Bernheim, Head of City Experience at Châteauform'. With the acquisition of Eurosites, we already had facilities dedicated to training, but now we have created a new Châteauform' productwith Châteauform' standards. "
