Since 10 September, The Langham has been offering a new business address of choice to international business travellers visiting Chicago. Opened at 330 North Wabash Avenue, in a 52-storey building designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the hotel has 316 rooms and some 1,400 m² of meeting space, including the vast Devonshire Ballroom. The building overlooks the Chicago River and was once home to IBM's offices, earning it the name IBM Plaza. The hotel also boasts a wellness area, the Chuan Spa, and the Travelle restaurant, run by chef Tim Graham.
