CWT joins forces with Booking for Business for SMEs

CWT is to combine its TMC role with hotel reservations via Booking.com for Business. In this way, the business travel agency aims to provide greater support to SMEs.

The new partnership between CWT and Booking.com for Business is due to come to fruition in the second quarter of 2023

Combining the flexibility of Booking and the service of a TMC is the aim of the new agreement unveiled on 11 May by CWT. The business travel agency has joined forces with the business travel section of the platform, Booking.com for Businessto enhance hotel bookings, in particular with a duty of care component. The partnership is due to take effect from second quarter 2023.
Travellers will have access to advisers CWTand in several languages, to support them in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The agreement between CWT, Booking.com for Business and Serko will extend the content offered to travellers. The hotel catalogue will be strengthened, and the booking platform will integrate additional air and car rental content thanks to CWT.
