Since 16 October, Brussels airport has had a new system in place to facilitate and speed up passenger checks: an automatic control queue accessible to passengers departing for a destination in the Schengen area. Business travellers can now access the protected area in terminal A, after an automatic check of the two-dimensional bar code printed on their boarding pass.
