Finnair heads for Bordeaux

Finnair will be based in Bordeaux from 11 May, operating up to two flights a week between Mérignac airport and Helsinki until the autumn.

The Bordeaux-Helsinki flight will be operated from 11 May by Finnair.

Finnair is taking advantage of the warmer weather to expand its offer in Europe, and particularly in France. As explained in recently Javier RoigDirector for France and Southern Europe, Finnair is therefore launching a flight Bordeaux-Helsinki the 11 Maywith a programme of two rotations per week until 14 September. From the Helsinki hub, business travellers will be able to reach Tallinn, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to the weekly Saturday flight, the second service will be operated during the summer peak period, every Tuesday from 26 June to 6 August. Bordeaux-Mérignac airport will then be the fourth French airport to have a direct scheduled service to the Finnish capital.
