Uncertainty: this is probably one of the business traveller's worst enemies when it's time to head for the airport. And given the complexity and constant evolution of the current international regulatory environment, it's hard to imagine anyone who can avoid this element of uncertainty before a business trip. A recent GBTA study noted that the demand for a resurgence in business travel is there, but is being held back by government measures around the world. To accompany travellers through this maze of formalities, British Airways has therefore just posted a new interactive tool. This card, designed with Sherpa lists around a hundred countriesIn addition to the above, travellers can check in real time the list of formalities required to gain access to the territory in question. Travellers are also told what formalities they will need to go through on their return to the UK.
This new tool will help people find their way around the various entry requirements

Like British Airways, Air France had already addressed this need to reassure travellers a few days earlier. The company announced on launch of Ready to FlyThe aim is to check beforehand that the various formalities required by the destination have been complied with by the traveller.
