Gulf Air will resume flights between Bahrain and Singaporeafter a 14-year hiatus. Flights will begin in April. This return will be rather modest, with the carrier starting with a single frequency per week in a 282-seat Boeing 787-9. Two flight classes will be offered on board.

Singapore joins Bangkok and Manila which Gulf Air continues to serve. The airline flies daily to the Philippine capital and once a week to Bangkok. Prior to the pandemic, Gulf Air operated a daily service to Thailand. Last week, the Bahraini carrier also launched two weekly frequencies to Colombo.
