New HQ address in Bobigny

Bobigny is set to become the new destination for a number of IWG network in France. The HQ Bobigny Irrigo site will be inaugurated on Monday by the giant IWG (International Workplace Group). It will bring to 41 the number of group sites in the Paris suburbs alone, in addition to the 35 IWG addresses in Paris itself. This move is not insignificant, and is part of the City of the Quarter Hour project, as Christelle Dervahanian explains. The Managing Director ofIWG France points out: " The opening of HQ Bobigny is part of a wider initiative to develop workspaces throughout the Paris Region and the surrounding area, enabling businesses and professionals to remain productive wherever they are, while at the same time promoting the development of the "quarter-hour city" concept. By offering a modern, accessible workspace, we enable businesses and workers to benefit from flexible solutions close to where they live, thus contributing to a better quality of life and a more sustainable way of organising work. ".

In concrete terms, the HQ Bobigny Irrigo will offer 1,148 sq. m of workspace, located close to the Raymond Queneau metro station - at 29 Rue de Paris to be exact. Professionals will find 26 private offices, two meeting rooms seating 4 and 6 people, as well as a coworking space with four workstations and a business lounge. The new IWG address will also include a phone box, with a total of 105 workstations. All set in a new building to ensure a modern working environment.

The inauguration of the Bobigny Irrigo HQ demonstrates IWG's determination to maintain a high level of coverage of the French market. Just like the recent opening of the HQ Rezé South Garden on 3 March, bringing to five the number of Group sites in the Pays de la Loire region. Last year, the group managed to open an average of more than one site a month, with 14 new spaces. This trend looks set to continue in 2025.
