Le launch of Iberia Express Iberia's new low-cost carrier is getting closer to launch, and it now has a new boss: Luis Gallego, 42, was officially appointed Director of Iberia Express on Thursday 24 November. He will be able to draw on the experience gained at Iberia's other low-cost subsidiary, Vueling, to steer the operations of the new carrier, which will be launched in March 2012.
