Indian carrier Indigo has just unveiled a brand new business class and frequent flyer programme to mark its 18th anniversary.

Indigo takes advantage of its 18th anniversary to mark its entry into the " a new era ". On Monday, the Indian carrier announced the imminent arrival ofIndiGo Stretch. Deliveries will begin at the end of this year, and will continue until the end of 2025. The first line concerned will be the Delhi - Mumbai route, starting in mid-November. 

The new Indigo Stretch business class will equip 45 A321neo aircraft. These will be fitted with 12 R5-type seats in a 2-2 configuration, while economy class will be equipped with 208 Recaro R2 seats. The manufacturer quotes a seat pitch of 38 inches.
