France's four InterContinentals ready for hybrid meetings

The IHG group is extending its hybrid meetings offer in France with studios installed in InterContinental hotels in Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille and Paris.

The IHG Group is rolling out its hybrid meetings offer in France. The British hotel operator presented its " Meeting with confidence "Meet with Confidence - last March. For its Expert SolutionWith IHG Connect, its most advanced hybrid events offering, the British group is relying on its in-house technology to connect an unlimited number of devices and services. manage bandwidth peaks during peak full stops. In addition, the offer is complemented by advanced audiovisual technology and a multisite link thanks to collaboration with two partners: encore - formerly PSAV - and weframe.

Initially offered in around a hundred hotels in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the Expert Solution is now available in 15 hotels in Europe, including four in France: the InterContinental hotels in Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille and Paris.

In Bordeaux, the InterContinental Le Grand Hotel offers a studio in partnership with Abaques. With room for up to six participants, it is ideal for product launches, press conferences and general meetings broadcast via streaming. In Lyon, the InterContinental Hotel Dieu is offering a 95 m2 space in the Académie convention centre, with a TV studio, the Studio Pascalon, equipped with a technical control room, a lounge area for getting ready and applying make-up, and a break area. The InterContinental Marseille - Hotel Dieu is home to the Studio Hotel Dieu by EBS, a 106 m2 space equipped as a "TV studio "It also has a dedicated technical team. Finally, the InterContinental Paris - Le Grand has an 80m2 immersive TV studio with a 6m x 3m LED screen, enabling it to organise exceptional virtual events using cutting-edge technology.
